Career development meetings

In my career development meetings, I also talk about job interview preparation.

One of the questions I ask is: Why did you choose your profession? (In other words, what do you like in your job?) It is important to find true answers and make sure that it doesn't hurt the chances of success.

Here are some examples of good answers:

For senior positions - I love working with people. The most interesting challenge is to get people to action

For technological positions- I love learning new technologies and be at the edge of innovation

For business development / sales positions- I love the challenge of setting and achieving goals, overcoming obstacles and difficulties.
